Highway Incident Scene Safety & Management (HSTC)

Class Description

This course will assist fire police in building a solid foundation to safely and efficiently respond to and control any type of emergency within the scope of their duties including response vehicle, response routes, equipment, clothing, preparation, personal ability, defensive driving, approach to the scene, man-made disasters (haz-mat, etc.), natural disasters (floods, etc.), lost person search, disease exposure and accounting for personnel.

Prerequisite: None

Class Limit: 30 Students
