Class Description
This is MUST have course for all emergency services personnel performing any type of Fire Police activity. In today’s society we have become more liable to litigation than ever before, as evidenced by the number of lawsuits led in PA against fire and ambulance departments. The object of this course is to give you a working knowledge of the various statutes, case law decisions, and ordinances that directly the operations of fire police personnel.
Prerequisites: None
Class Limit: 30 students
Student Needs: Pen/pencil, notebook, department SOPs/SOGs, By-Laws, or Constitution
